At Ferraro's Fingerprinting Agency Inc., we provide ink fingerprinting services for individuals requiring an FBI Identity History Summary Check (criminal background check). For applicants who are not U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), fingerprints are captured using the FBI FD-258 Fingerprint Card or FD-1164 Applicant Fingerprint Form, depending on the applicant's requirements.
Once fingerprinting has been completed, applicants must mail their fingerprint card(s) directly to the FBI along with the confirmation email received during the online request process. This confirmation email is generated after completing Step 3 of the FBI's "How to Submit a Request" process.
